Kia ora, I’m Conrad!
I’ve been a part of this extraordinary team since 2019 and I’ve never looked back. I love anything HR-related and have a passion for recruitment. CMOS is one of the best places to be, and making sure that we have an incredible team here is incredibly humbling.
In my spare time, I love to travel to random destinations, photograph things, eat delicious food, and go on long walks on the beach. But seriously, if you have any coffee/food recommendations don’t hesitate to get in touch. Hi, I’m Myrjam!
I’m originally from Belgium and when I moved to Wellington in 2016 I had a hard time finding a job on my temporary visa until I found the perfect job at CMOS. I started as an HR Administrator, but quickly started using my previous academic and applied background in HR to build our state-of-the-art, evidence-based recruitment, and selection process.
Now that I’m the head of our recruitment team, I still thoroughly enjoy being hands-on and joining in for interviews whenever I can, so you might see me there!
