I don’t mind having pork crackling, biltong, and sans rival every day, they’re my comfort food. When I go around new places, I always make sure to try their delicacies. Lucky, I am in New Zealand, such a diverse country, I don’t have to travel miles away. I think it’s the food that unites us. Once I talk about it, it easily establishes a connection to others.
