Helping people grow is my passion and I mentor a 10yo lad every Sunday. My perfect birthday dinner is bone marrow with french parsley and capers. I’m most proud of getting into the highly competitive Auckland University Medical program to become a doctor (MBChB).
My mum is my biggest hero; she raised me on her own, got a degree while I was in primary school, and now lives with a traumatic brain injury but still travelled and exhibited some of her art at an international art show in London last year. My first language was German because my parents and I were in the Austrian Alps when I was wee.
